doom loop trying to reach an agent

Believe I should be credited for $6 on October points back

Hopefully I get a reply and solve this problem the only thing lacking with public mobile is their customer service flawlessly as far as the technical part of it goes there's absolutely no complaints with the system

What are the detail of the $6 credit?Because the minimum credit is $15 when you have 15 points.
