      <description>&lt;P&gt;i already use the web, made d payment but the nxt step wont show up...wen signing again, it will go back to payment again..thats why i was charge 2x&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/343803"&gt;@payatot&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you will definitely need to complete sign-up on the Public Mobile app – they made this change about six or seven months ago to the chagrin of many who preferred not to use an app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only workaround is to borrow someone’s device, download the app, complete the activation, and then they can delete and uninstall the app on their device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as the second payment, it’s possible it’s showing in your &lt;STRONG&gt;available funds&lt;/STRONG&gt; and can be banked for the next renewal. Confirm that on self-serve after everything is set up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could also be a pending payment, which may not settle and become authorized and therefore may not even be payable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here’s the link for the app availability:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/load-mobile-app" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/load-mobile-app&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
