      <title>Not getting 5G service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My subscription is for 5g data, but I'm not getting it in my iPhone 11 Pro.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I use an eSIM if that matters.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know why this would be happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sometimes folks, like myself, get a 5G plan even know I have a 4G phone for the data allotment over speed. JMO.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've switched to a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G, and I still don't have 5G. I switched also to a physical SIM due to this phone not having eSim capabilities.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't see 5g as an option yet if I put a Rogers SIM in the device, I get 5g instantly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need a different SIM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
