      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I bought a new phone. My previous phone has been damaged in an accident. I had my public eSIM there, and I can’t transfer my eSIM from the old phone cause it doesn’t open. I need my sim ASAP. Someone HELP. I just have the email associated with my public mobile registration. Someone help asap&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, there isn't any way to transfer an eSIM.&amp;nbsp; Another will need to be purchased.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
