Website Could Use A Boost

Seems like whenever i try to log into PM website it takes a while to get in. Very slow and sometimes it just wont log in and takes a few attempts. Regardless of whether i am connecting through 5g and a strong signal or using DSL at home this always seems to be the case

try to login using different ways

1. try with app

2. try using different browsers

3. try using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser

Community is fast, cannot complain.

Using PC/Chrome:
Getting into account took about 27 seconds to populate the whole page with my info. Clicking on Payments took another 15+ seconds to bring all my data on the screen.

Yes, it could be faster but eventually does the work.

I agree with you, the website and app for that matter could use a boost, and some better UI/Navigation + clarity would be great too.

Seems to have improved to acceptable since i was having issues a month ago. As mentioned above not so fast but at least getting the job done. Perhaps the webmaster or team at the head end made some improvement. I will also try the incognito method to see if it makes a difference. Thanks for the tips
