Regarding reward system

I am currently using old reward system with mobile for my plan, if I changed my plan to $34/m for 20 gb plan, will my reward system get changed to the new reward point system they have? I don't want to lose the old reward system.

You can freely change plan and it wont' affect your current rewards, also confirmed by Community Manager here:

Will I be moved to the new rewards program if I change my plan?
Changing your plan won’t automatically transfer you to our new Public Points rewards program. If you’re currently on our legacy rewards program, you will continue to stay on it. However, we encourage you to explore Public Points, as it opens up even more opportunities for savings.

I too am on the old rewards programs aka Legacy Rewards. I have changed plans 3 times and I never have lost any rewards. The only way to move to the new point system is if YOU chose to do so. With that being said, Friends don't let Friends sign up for the new point system. 🙂

Hey, I am also still rocking the Legacy Rewards, if you switch your plan (like I have) it won't affect the rewards, it'll only switch to the new reward system if you opt in for it!
