sorry, there is no roaming service for PM in Costa Rica. So, you will have to use local sim card for data

Public Mobile only works in Canada and the United States. If you are looking for an option, I'd suggest TextNow app for your phone. You can get a local number to where you live and then you can either use WiFi down there to make and take calls or purchase a data SIM card down there.

Whoever has proper international plan IN COSTA RICA can SMS you here in Canada.

YOU CANNOT reach anybody in CR as PM does not provide service to that country.
