      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/337466"&gt;@bdubs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIM is more flexible than eSIM for transferring from one phone to another. Also check if your phone is eSIM compatible before switching over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Purchase of eSIM for each phone and s not transferable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may want to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging by clicking on your avatar top right then Messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/337466"&gt;@bdubs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- how to switch to an esim here:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help/articles/get-a-sim-card" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/ns/get-help/articles/get-a-sim-card&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the physical sim card arrives, keep it as a spare or give it to a friend for a referral. Sim cards can take 10 working days or more to arrive via Canada Post via letter mail. If it goes over 10 days, i'd submit a ticket to Public Mobile customer support to let them know. They may send a new one, or credit you the cost of the original.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
