I've purchased the 300 minute international add on but when I dial the US number (from Canada) it says i've used all my minutes...??

@larixlyi , the 300 minute international long distance add-on covers the following countries. US is not included in the list. There is a separate add-on for US long distance.

Countries included in international long distance include: Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela.

To call the US you need this add on: the 1000 U.S. Long Distance Minutes for $15.

If you speak to a CS agent they might be able to switch you to the US long distance add-on.
