      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/340960"&gt;@Pbc_plan15&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was your service working previously?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you dial *611 does it tell you anything about your account status?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to try your SIM card in another device to see if it’s a device specific issue or a network issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could also try resetting your network settings and then rebooting your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your service was previously all setup and working, it might possibly be an outage in your area. Could you try going elsewhere to see if service resumes?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could also be worth checking here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
