      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have subscribed for a month plan, but my rewards have not tripled and I only got one time of my rewards. Is there anything to do to get back two times of rewards back?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/343338"&gt;@ValaSadr&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you just switched from a 30 day plan to a 90 day plan, with the first payment of 90 days, you will only receive 1x rewards.&amp;nbsp; The rewards is based on your previous payment plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Going forwards, if on legacy old rewards system, you should get loyalty and refer-a-friend rewards every 30 days.&amp;nbsp; Autopay will be awards every 90 days.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
