I have subscribed for a month plan, but my rewards have not tripled and I only got one time of my rewards. Is there anything to do to get back two times of rewards back?

If you just switched from a 30 day plan to a 90 day plan, with the first payment of 90 days, you will only receive 1x rewards. The rewards is based on your previous payment plan.

Going forwards, if on legacy old rewards system, you should get loyalty and refer-a-friend rewards every 30 days. Autopay will be awards every 90 days.

Think of it this way, @ValaSadr

When you first subscribe here , you did not receive rewards on the initial payment for service.

The rewards are calculated based on the preceding cycle and awarded when the renewal occurs.

The same holds true for plan changes along the way from 30 to 90 or from 90 back to 30 day plans.
