      <title>Unauthorized access - can't get into myaccount</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My service is not working suddenly. I cannot text or use my minutes nor data. I tried to log into my account, but it says unauthorized access. I am not sure what the problem is as my bill was paid on time two weeks ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help as I currently don't have a phone and I can't do anything to resolve the issue without getting into my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
