      <title>Not able to activate eSIM</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have just subscribed for a plan and tried scanning the QR code provided twice, but the message I got was “unable to activate eSIM, try again or contact carrier”.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I did do the pre-check submitting my IMEI to see if it was able to use an eSim, and it said my phone was compatible so that’s not the issue. TIA!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
