Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Be careful how many times you ask for (e)SIM as you might be charged every time.

Just don’t order eSIM because it is FREE…check your phone first to see if it is eSIM compatible. 🤦‍♂️

Also SIM are not free!

You can order one from PM or go your your local Telus/Koodo store for $10 but it may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Or order from Amazon for $4.99 with faster shipping.

If you order from PM on the website...it could take a few weeks for it to get to you. The previous forum member @BKNS27 made some suggestions for getting sim quicker. If you're in the GTA, these guys have the PM sim for about $3 and have a local pick-up option...

https://canadiancellsupplies.com/collections/sim-cards/products/multi-sim-card-for-standard-micro-nano-devices-prepaid-subscribe-plans-for-public-mobile

Turns out they've even suspended their local pick-up option as well as no longer offer free shipping, as you noted. Using their shipping calculator, I found shipping to me in BC was around $20 !! He/She/It did have a local delivery option in the GTA for a reasonable $5.
