    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry you still haven't received your sim card. Unfortunately PM is terrible about sending sim cards out in reasonable amount of time. It's almost as if they don't want to onboard new customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're willing to give it another go, I would suggest purchasing a sim from Amazon for $5. It's eligible for Prime shipping. Alternatively Telus and Koodo corporate stores often carry stock for $10. Once you've secured a sim you can contact &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;via private message to request a refund for your initial sim card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
