      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i request a refund. The agent told me since my subscription has not activated, there is no changes on his side to cancel the subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How to I request a refund. There is too much headache with the activation on the app that does NOT work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you activate your account?&lt;BR /&gt;Did you pay for your service?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you see that charge on your credit card account?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you plan to be PM customer?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you do NOT plan to be PM customer (ever) you can ask your bank for chargeback.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But if you did not activate your account there should be no charges on your card thus no refund needed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I originally signed up through the app and paid by credit card. The activation failed and after many messages to CS agent, it is becoming a headache. So nothing was activated but payment went through. I would just like a refund to be processed. How do i do that ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you attempt to activate &lt;STRIKE&gt;using the PM app&lt;/STRIKE&gt; ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Prolly not going to get a refunds so best is to try to get it working, then test drive it for 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
