change over to new plan

Hello,

I changed to a new plan on Nov. 6 and was charged $114.24. I was charged $38 on Oct 20, 2023. My questions:

1. Do i get refund for the unused days in the Oct./Nov billing cycle?

2. It seems the $114.24 was charged right away without applying the rewards (pre-auth payment, anniversity, etc.)

sorry, you used Change now option. With that, PM charges you new plan immediately and won't give partial refund on your old plan. You should have used Change on renewal to save the money

2. Correct. You got them on the 20th. There's a chance you might see some rewards in the next few days.

and you changed to 90 days plan? just to add, those rewards you will see on the account added back couple days likely would be jsut a rewards for 1 month (30 days), you will then get another 30 days rewards on the following month and then one more another month after
