hi @Fr3 if you meant using PM service there, Sorry, No.. PM only has roaming service in US

but you can of course use your phone with local sim card or travel esim

You would have to buy a sim outside of PM, like Amazon as one. they have a lot of different esim and physical sims to choose from.

As stated here already, Public Mobile can only be used in Canada and the US.

You can use WhatsApp or the TextNow app through wifi or purchase a local SIM in the Netherland.
