How can I get in touch with the customer service.

I want to switch E-Sim from one phone to another?

You CAN’T transfer eSIM from one phone to another phone.

You need to purchase an eSIM on the new phone and switch the account to the new phone.

As per above. Download the pm app on the new phone. Log into your account. Purchase the esim and install. No customer support needed.....just the community to point you in the right direction.
