Can't send / receive from Bell network

Are there issues with Public (Telus) and Bell network communication today? I'm unable to send or receive SMS messages with my parents, who are both on the Bell network. I can send and receive from anyone else I've tried, and I've done the usual restart, data on/off, steps on my phone.

Of course as soon as I posted this, the SMS started going through. Problem resolved, it seems.

Indeed sometimes rebooting and resetting network connections on both ends gets things going again

Good that that texting is working now. I found it strange that the text didn’t work from Bell members since Telus and Bell share their cell towers.
