      <description>&lt;P&gt;You have to gain access to your account in order to remove autopay and account will be closed after 90 days of no pay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I am no longer in Canada or the US so I can't access the network - I have access-to but not the use of my Public Mobile number. I have been in contact with customer service and they are assisting me. Thanks so much for your kind reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
