I have recently moved cities and need a new number with a different area code, yet when I try to change my mobile number it keeps saying "change mobile number failed".

Try clearing your browser cache and/or use incognito mode in a different browser.

If that fails, you'll need to contact the moderators for help. Please be aware that they have left the office for today, but, working on a first come first serve basis, they will get back to you asap tomorrow morning.
