are you trying to get a new eSIM for a new phone? or your deleted the old one and need one now?

Either way, you will need to rebuy a new one

To rebuy new eSIM, First, download the app on your new phone, click ⊕ or ⧁ at the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now. You can buy and install eSIM from there

@BobbiJo You need to rebuy a eSIM from the app go to subscription add on notice shop sim at bottom tap it and choose eSIM download and install it that’s it

Do not see ESIM on Subscription & Add-on page, only roaming is available as an option. How else can I order an ESIM?
