Hey! The money for my account came out yesterday no problem, today my phone isn’t working and when I log in it says

Your services are on hold

Subscription Expiration Date: Nov 03, 2023

what does this mean? When the money already came out of my account? TIA!

@sturn , please use incognito mode to check the payment history and confirm that funds have been applied to the renewal.

did you also check your credit card to see if PM charged you? But autopay could fail, you might need to make a manual payment now to resume service if you find it currently suspended

Everyone account is suspended on the day before your renewal date until top-up is completed.

If you have service, just ignore the account status. It will return to normal today.

I still have service! So I’ll let it be till tomorrow hopefully it’s fixed by then. I just found it so odd that the money came out yesterday and it’s happening today! Thank you
