      <description>&lt;P&gt;What recording do you hear when you dial 611? Can you log in to your account? Can you try your sim in another phone? Have you done a full power off restart?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you use another phone and dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter your number and get the recording?&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe even have a look at devicecheck.ca to rule that out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
