Hi. I’m trying to get an esim with the current number I have. I need to talk to someone about how I can get that done?

no need to talk to anyone, you can do it yuourself

on the phone you want to install the eSIM, download Public Mobile app, then login, go to Subscription & Addon, then click Shop Sim card (at the bottom of the page) and you can buy esim there. The process will guide you via installing the esim as well

But myself, I would avoid eSIM. you cannot just transfer esim if you switch phone, you need to buy a new eSIM. So, physical sim has no such problem

Hi. Thank you for your reply. Would I be able to transfer my current number and phone plan over to the esim ? Or will I have to get a new number and plan ?

no new number or no new plan need. You can put your current phone number and account on the new esim.

Just download the PM app and buy esim there as said above
