    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/341873"&gt;@MeganJudith&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no need to talk to anyone, you can do it yuourself&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the phone you want to install the eSIM, download Public Mobile app, then login, go to Subscription &amp;amp; Addon, then click Shop Sim card (at the bottom of the page) and you can buy esim there.&amp;nbsp; The process will guide you via installing the esim as well&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But myself, I would avoid eSIM.&amp;nbsp; you cannot just transfer esim if you switch phone, you need to buy a new eSIM.&amp;nbsp; So, physical sim has no such problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>
