New subscription and Prorating

Hi, I'm 1 day into my new subscription which auto-renewed.

I want to move to a US Canada plan. Will I be billed twice for 2 separate subscriptions and the monthly rates are not prorated?

@rchan11 Yes, it will charge you again if you use Change now option, so Don't !!

if it is just day 1 of the new cycle, maybe PM can help. Please open ticket with PM support:
