      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just subscribed today. I chose the 15 dollar plan. After i got my esim activated on my phone. I changed my mind on my subscription. I want the 5g one. When i tried to change it on the app. It said i had to pay the full balance of 47. When i was hoping the 15 i already paid today would be subtracted from the 47 and i pay the difference....@CS_Agent&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My guess,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/341557"&gt;@Pam16&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, is that whereas you are a NEW customer here looking to switch to a HIGHER PRICED plan, that the Customer Support Agents will comply with your request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/164191"&gt;@DennyCrane&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is absolutely correct in that plan changes should always be done on the next renewal date as (with all prepaid providers), there are no prorations or refunds for cycles once purchased.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
