      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to finish setting up my eSim and my account is currently stuck on Step 6 of 6: Activate "Subscription Not Activated" and to Get Support. However that seems to be going in a circle to no avail and I have messaged the CS_Agent.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
