      <description>&lt;P&gt;I now found a Direct Message to a living agent!! Found it in a reply to someone else’s very frustrated message on FB.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;What it did was this it wouldn’t recognize my username and password. It asked to reset the password using the phone number not the email address. It’s successfully sent me a verification code and the screen to create a new password which was excepted. Then it would revert to the standard login page and reject the same password That it had just excepted. It has done this again and again and again and again over the last month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
