Checking who called

Hi,

Under usage history I notice I have a history of calls to the number 647-580-4001. I’ve noticed some threads saying this means the call went to voicemail. My phone was on airplane mode, so I’m unable to check who called on the phone app. Is there any way to check who called through the app or voicemail, even if they didn’t leave a voicemail?

yes, the 4001 calls means voicemail.

And sorry, in such case, you wont be able to find out who actually called

If they didn't leave a voicemail but it saved as one, you can push option 5 when in voicemail to see what number it was. But only if they did a "heard the voicemail and it went beep then hung up" type of call... does that make sense?

Don’t think 4001 called you. 🤣

You called 4001 to retrieve your voicemail.
