      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was trying to pay for a USA add on and the system says it wasn’t processed so I tried again. &amp;nbsp;It looks like I was charged twice for $30. &amp;nbsp;The one charge is for USA talk , text, data and the other charge is a 30 add on that I never submitted. &amp;nbsp;How do o get my charge back??! The website was super slow&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are both charges showing as authorized on your card or still pending? Do you see the extra charge in your balance? Did you reply to a text offer of more data?&lt;BR /&gt;Don't use those terms charge back. That means something in the credit card world. You want a refund. The ticketing method mentioned does not work. So you need to contact support using the private messaging method in the last link provided above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes both charges on credit card and I didn’t agree to anything. &amp;nbsp;Server was slow and I was in the USA data screen trying to add. &amp;nbsp;Thanks for the tips . &amp;nbsp;I will contact an agent . &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
