      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM support is on-line only.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;She should contact agent to resolve her access issues. She should create PM account for easier account maintenance. You should help her. She would need unique email to do that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To Contact CSA-agent: &lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - &lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just type ‘ticket’ and follow prompts.
