As a result you have been going in circles repaying. You can only activate your SIM on the PM app. So download the PM app and activate your SIM to create an account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your online is to manage your account after the SIM have activated on the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM is a prepaid service so unfortunately no refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
