      <description>&lt;P&gt;plain and simple it is a vicious circle --- won't register because wants to send authorization code to cell phone that is saying unregistered sim, and can't get past authorization page to try to resolve --- literally have to close and delete cookies to log in and start over what the heck ..... getting absolutely nowhere. could work if would send the authorization to email&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but nope grrrrrr&lt;/P&gt;</description>
