Hello!

Only way to potentially get the charge reversed is to contact customer service and explain the situation to the agent. It is up to their discretion if they give you a refund but generally they are pretty understanding so it’s worth a shot!

HI @Ogo

should be ok as long as the addon wasn't use. Submit a ticket with Cs agent, they will reverse it, put the fund back in your account as Available Fund and you can rebuy new addon
