You will need to purchase another eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will have to download the app on the device you are intending on transferring to, login to your account and go to the subscription and add-on’s tab, and then scroll down and select “Shop SIM Card Now”.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was the eSIM working on your phone previously? Perhaps we can help troubleshoot and get it working on the original phone so you don’t have to purchase another eSIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/340865"&gt;@BIGS780&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you cannot transfer eSIM , but you need to buy a new one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you need to switch phones a lot, better to stay with physical sim card for one time fee&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you decided to stay with eSIM, then install PM app on the new phone you want the eSIM, then login , go to Subscription page , scroll to the bottom and click Shop Sim card now and then select eSIM , buy and install&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’),&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reboot your phone again. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
