    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just tried to install the esim using the app and it failed due to unexplained error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now i'm stuck as the QR code is not working anymore and the esim is not installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have my phone number transferred from OOMA and got transferred out today ! Now no service and i'm paying.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clue how can i get that fixed ! The best would be a new esim but no option to generate a new one !&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt; should fix that ! Or else i will ask for the number port cancellationa and a full refund !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If theres a chance it still installed despite the error but hasn’t activated please try this below.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Others have experienced similar issue &amp;amp; sometimes these suggestions have worked!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;(I had my data on plus my Wi-Fi was turned on &amp;amp; connected to my home internet&amp;nbsp;to be sure I had all connections while doing this)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Reboot your phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;FONT face="verdana,geneva" color="#800080"&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;In cellular settings make sure that “Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’), reboot your phone. (You may need to reset network settings then reboot)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
