      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an iPhone se 2 and am currently a Koodo user. I am trying to port over my phone number to Public Mobile through the app. The app failed and it says "Subscription not activated. Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a customer support agent." I am stuck. I waited for an hour at the customer chat and he directed me to the private message. I described the issue and haven't had anyone contact me. I just wasted 3 hours of my time. Can someone please help me?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
