    <description>&lt;P&gt;Majority of people can’t reach me out, goes straight to voice mail, even making a phone call is a tough task to do always cutting off robotic voices, constantly dropping call, data is another nightmare, trying to switch back and forth between 3G, LTE and 5G to find connectivity.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That’s happening to my line as well as my wife and 2 sons.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;really unreliable service please help me!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Could be one of MANY things,&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/330533"&gt;@JDSA&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;, however usually this is due to recently trying to port a number and the port is incomplete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Otherwise, try these fixes:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ensure airplane mode is not enabled&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ensure do not disturb is not enabled&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;ensure the number calling you is not on a blocked senders list&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;disable any call-forwarding features/settings&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;turn off Bluetooth -- it's possible the 'ringing' is going through to a Bluetooth device instead of device's speakers&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;remove and reinsert your SIM card&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;reset network connections&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
