      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well...that's exactly it! &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My credit card was declined. &amp;nbsp;The expiry date attached to my account didn't roll over to the new expiry date. &amp;nbsp; It's still problematic because I can't access the account in order to update the credit card information. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
