      <description>&lt;P&gt;I redeemed 3GB of data using my rewards points, and it appears on my account. However, the extra data isn’t working. I have used up my data which is why I redeemed the extra data. Is there something I have to do to “activate” it? And does this redeemed data count as an add-on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you see a 15 day counter or a 30 day counter? If 15 then you bought the roaming data. Are you in the states? There is also some kind of delay when converting points to add-ons.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you try to reboot your phone (turn phone off, wait a while, turn on)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What your accounts says? Did you purchase correct add-on? Data add-on should work as soon as you purchase it - no activation needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
