Check your community inbox, call the porting team&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or are you just asking the question "How long does it take to transfer a number from another carrier?"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/340381"&gt;@kinghun&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Porting your number over to PM as long as you replied to the text with YES from your old carrier confirming you are porting over to PM…you have 90 minutes to reply or porting will be cancelled. Then you have the long process of contact a CS_Agent to restart the porting process for you…this could take up to a day depending on when you contact them…staff is off at 10:00pm EST.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you reply, the porting process will start and will take from 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Meanwhile, your old SIM will continue to work until porting is completed. Once completed, you need to power off your phone and switch to the PM SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
