    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;i recently went to the usa, and added talk and text and then data...i think it was around $35 or so for the add ons for 15 days.....I could not text or call anyone while i was there for 4 days.... in fact the only phone i could text and call wAS&amp;nbsp; another i phone here in Ontario....&amp;nbsp; I tried to contact PM but with no avail....i am home now in Canada, and planning on going again sometime, and will be reluctant to put any add ons if they do not work...thank you...Murray&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you know if your phone has been enabled for volte here yet? Is your phone set on 5G?&lt;BR /&gt;If you connect to 4G LTE then you can connect to either AT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile for text and data.&lt;BR /&gt;If your phone is not enabled for volte then for talk you can only use T-Mobile and maybe your phone can drop down to 2G GSM. Or maybe you have to manually switch it down.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

With volte...the add-ons seem to work as they should for the most part. What make/model phone do you have while in US ? PM has only enabled volte in some phones..let us know and we can check if yours is on the good list.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your past add-on experience..I'd suggest you contact a CSA and request credit to your account for the less-than-uasable add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
