      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have purchased a Canadian / US plan. I have been in the US since 24th Oct. I can receive data but have been unable to make or receive phone calls. I do have a 5 G phone. I tried to issue a ticket but get an error each time. Can somebody please help as I’m very frustrated at this point &amp;amp; will be mad if I just wasted $50&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue when I was in LA few weeks ago, all you have to do is go to Setting &amp;gt; Cellular &amp;gt; Network selection and manually select the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That what worked for me but I have so do this everyday to make my data and talk works, just switch between the auto and manual selection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Set your Preferred Network to 4G/LTE vs 5G. AT&amp;amp;T 5G doesn't seem to be working, so if you're phone automatically connected to that you likely won't have data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/340320"&gt;@Idylours&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Critical part to US roaming depends on T-Mobile/AT&amp;amp;T coverage and whether you can connect successfully onto either network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;With your voice issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;, make sure VoLTE is enabled on the device setting.&amp;nbsp; And if it does not work, try to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;change the Network&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to T-Mobile ONLY, and change&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Preferred Network Type&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;or&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Network Mode&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;to &lt;STRONG&gt;2G&lt;/STRONG&gt; and see if the calls go through.&lt;BR /&gt;Also, you can download VoIP app TextNow as a workaround to make calls and text if you have Wifi or if your roaming has data component and data&amp;nbsp; is working&lt;/P&gt;</description>
