      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/340283"&gt;@Kennedy1105&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you ported in your phone number? if you requested port , then what you experiencing means the porting was not done.&amp;nbsp; The number still with your old carrier and the voicemail people got is your old carrier's VM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will send you a number to PM porting them, they will re-initiate the porting request. Check your Community inbox and call them and get it fixed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(after PM re-initiate the request, you will need to put your old carrier sim card and wait for the text from your old carrier and reply Yes to complete the port)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It may be a porting problem if it was recent. However if you were getting calls after you signed up, you may need a network reset.
