International Add-ons not working

International add on not working even though i have only used 1.2% of the 300 min available.

first, the international LD addon cannot call eveywhere in the world. Where you are trying to call?

this the the list of countries you can call:

Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Venezuela. Calls must originate from Canada.

If the country you want to call is on the list , then just reboot your phone and try again

if not, tell us which country you are trying to call, maybe another addon is needed, or maybe you need calling cards to call instead

Hi! I'm trying to call Beirut, Lebanon... I have called before and it worked fine but since over 2 weeks it hasn't worked

Lebanon has never been a recognized location to call from Public so if you were able to then they closed the freebie which they have done for several other locations. There is no option to call Lebanon. You would need one of those long distance calling cards from 7-Eleven or whatever.

no, those countries are never on the list officially, you were just lucky you were able to call them before.

Now, you will need to stick with using calling cards
