      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/309322"&gt;@Maddass17&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you were using it on a desktop?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to use a desktop, and use Incognito mode, go back to the Profile page and check if the sim card number is changed already&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it is the new one already, reboot the phone once more time and test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if still does not work, please open ticket with PM support&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If not, make a manual top and and reactivate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has this card been used at any point before? SIMs cannot be reused once deactivated/closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try removing the SIM card and reinserting it, then perform a reset of the device's network settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;Edit to add, do you have another phone to test the new sim card into? Just to rule out a device issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
