      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sending works but I am unable to receive SMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phone: Oppo Find X5 Pro (Android)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried rebooting phone, to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had been receiving texts two days ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
