Voicemail Messages

I am having trouble accessing my voicemail messages from another phone. I have the password ( a 4 digit number) but not sure how to access, I can call the voicemail, bring up my message on the voicemail but how do I actually check messages using the code.

To access your voicemail on another device call your cell number, then when the voicemail starts to play press star *, then enter your password.

Call access number; press '1' for English; enter your mobile number and #; press *; enter 4 digits PIN and #. Then follow prompts or type '1' for New messages.
